Big Bang Fireworks: Online Shipping Policy

1. General Shipping Terms

Big Bang Fireworks ships within the United States only, subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Legality: By placing an order for delivery or pickup, you confirm that the products you purchase are legal to possess, receive, transport, and use in your destination state, county, and municipality.

Exclusions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or destinations outside the United States.

Processing Time: Big Bang Fireworks has up to seven (7) business days to process and ship your order from our facility.

2. Shipping and Pickup Methods

Available fulfillment methods vary depending on products, destination, and carrier availability. During checkout, you may be offered:

  • Free In-Store Pickup (Leesburg, FL)
  • Terminal Pickup
  • Commercial Delivery
  • Residential Delivery
  • Other freight methods made available at checkout

Big Bang Fireworks reserves the right to choose the carrier for shipped orders and to make reasonable fulfillment adjustments if needed.

3. Free In-Store Pickup

Confirmation Required: You must wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.

Verification: The person picking up the order must present a valid government-issued photo ID and order confirmation details.

Timeframe: Orders must be collected within the stated pickup window. If not collected in a reasonable time, Big Bang Fireworks may cancel the order or restock items, subject to applicable fees.

4. Terminal Pickup

If you select Terminal Pickup, your order will be shipped to a freight terminal near your provided address. You are responsible for retrieving the shipment from that location.

Responsibilities: You must monitor shipment updates, respond to carrier communication, bring valid ID, and provide a suitable vehicle and labor for loading.

Storage Fees: Terminals may charge storage fees if the order is not picked up on time; these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Residential and Commercial Delivery

Residential and commercial deliveries may require additional freight services (liftgate, appointments, etc.).

Accuracy: If the shipping address or location type entered at checkout is inaccurate (for example, a residential address entered as “commercial”), the customer is responsible for all resulting carrier-imposed charges and surcharges.

6. Hazmat Freight Notice

Fireworks are not standard parcel shipments. They move through hazardous materials freight networks.

Transit Times: Because they require special routing and restricted schedules, transit times may be longer and routing may change without notice to comply with safety regulations.

7. Title and Risk of Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by law, title to and risk of loss for products pass to the customer when:

  1. The order is released to the carrier for transportation, OR
  2. The order is picked up by the customer or the customer’s authorized agent.

Big Bang Fireworks is not responsible for carrier delays, theft after transfer, or damage occurred during transit.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

You must inspect your order at the time of delivery or pickup.

Note the Issue: If cartons are damaged or missing, you MUST note the exact issue clearly on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt BEFORE signing.

Documentation: Take clear photos of the shipment, packaging, and affected items.

Notification: Notify Big Bang Fireworks within 3 calendar days of delivery at Sales@realdealfireworks.com.

Failure to Note Damage: Failure to note visible damage at the time of delivery may reduce or eliminate the ability to recover losses from the carrier.

9. Missed Delivery, Refused Shipment, and Unclaimed Pickup

If you fail to accept delivery, miss an appointment, or do not pick up your order from a terminal/store within the required timeframe, you are responsible for all resulting charges (storage, re-delivery, etc.).

Restocking Fee: If a shipment is returned to Big Bang Fireworks because it was missed, refused, or unclaimed, a restocking fee of up to 25% of the order value may apply in addition to all shipping and carrier charges.

10. Right to Cancel

Big Bang Fireworks reserves the right to cancel any order before shipment or pickup due to legal prohibitions, fraud concerns, carrier restrictions, or pricing errors. If cancelled before shipment, refunds may be reduced by non-refundable processing or carrier charges already incurred.
