What You’ll Do

• Manage and lead your own crew (3–10 people)
• Oversee daily operations (sales, inventory, cash handling)
• Ensure site setup, breakdown, and compliance
• Maintain a clean, secure, and organized tent
• Drive sales and maximize performance

Requirements

• Must have your own crew ready (4–8 people preferred)
• Leadership or management experience required
• Must pass background check and attend training
• Must have overnight coverage (separate from operator)

Important: This position starts in June (setup begins before sales dates). This is an independent contractor role; you are responsible for your crew and payroll.

As a Field Operations Leader, you are the crucial link between our main warehouse and the retail frontline. You will be responsible for keeping high-volume tents fully stocked and operating smoothly.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage inventory distribution across multiple locations
• Assist Tent Operators with operational troubleshooting
• Ensure safety compliance and company standards are met at all sites
• Coordinate rapid restocking during peak sales rushes

We need reliable drivers to keep our supply chain moving. You will be responsible for the safe and compliant transport of Class 1.4G fireworks.

Requirements & Duties

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a current Hazmat Endorsement
• Spotless driving record
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Safely load and unload palletized freight
• Maintain perfect compliance with all state and federal DOT regulations

Our warehouse team is the backbone of our operation. You will be responsible for ensuring that our retail locations and wholesale customers receive their inventory accurately and on time.

Core Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound freight (container shipments)
• Pick, build, and wrap pallets for outbound distribution
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a high-volume setting
• Maintain strict safety and organizational standards within the facility

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
