Step 3: Carrier Handoff

Step 4: Delivery Coordination
Depending on the service level and destination, the freight carrier may contact you with delivery coordination details before arrival.
Step 5: Delivery and Inspection
When your shipment arrives, inspect it promptly. If you notice visible shipping damage, document it right away and note it with the carrier before completion whenever applicable.
